Terms of Service

1. What you get

You upload an Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV file (up to 25 MB and roughly 50,000 rows per file and best at about 40,000, one sheet per job) and get back a cleaned, checked workbook. We fix what is clearly wrong, flag what is unclear and never guess. Every change is logged and compared with your original before you download it.

2. Free trial

Every new account gets 100 free credits, no card needed, so you can test how quick and good the work is before you pay.

3. Credits and what you pay for

4. Your account

You sign in with Google and you are responsible for what happens on your account. You must be at least 16.

5. Your files

You keep all rights to your files. You allow us to process them to provide the service, including sending doubtful cells to AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to upload the data and that it breaks no law or anyone's rights.

6. Fair use

Do not use DecodingPro to break the law, upload malware, overload or attack the service, get around limits or payment, or resell it without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Please review the result

We check every file twice and flag anything unclear, but no automated process is perfect. You are responsible for reviewing the result and the flagged cells before you rely on it, and for keeping your own copy of the original. DecodingPro does not read scans or PDFs.

8. Service, warranty and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it is always uninterrupted or error free, and we may change features or prices for future purchases. To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

9. Ending and changes

You can stop using DecodingPro at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end access if these terms are broken. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, except where mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise. Questions: support@decodingpro.com.
