Privacy Policy

The short version: your spreadsheet is cleaned automatically on our server. We do not read it, sell it or use it for anything else. We do not keep your original upload, and your cleaned file is deleted after 30 days.
1. Your spreadsheet
- The file is processed automatically. No person at DecodingPro looks at it.
- Your original upload is not kept once the job finishes.
- The cleaned result stays available to download for 30 days, then it is deleted automatically.
- We do not share your file, sell it or use it for advertising.
2. The AI second opinion
Scripts do the cleaning. Only when a cell is doubtful is an AI model asked for a second opinion. It receives that cell, the other cells of the same row (which may include names, email addresses or numbers from your sheet) and the column headings. It never receives the whole file, the file name or your account details, and it only answers with a correction. Because these cells are sent to AI providers for that answer, please do not upload data you are not allowed to share with a processor, such as health records, government ID numbers or payment card numbers.
3. Your account
You sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID, and never your password. We use your email to run your account and to contact you about your account, purchases and the service. We only send marketing if you agree to it.
4. Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay (India) and PayPal. We receive the order and payment IDs, amount, currency and status. We never receive or store your card number, UPI ID or bank details.
5. Other things we keep
- Job and credit records: file name, number of rows, date, credits used and bought. We keep these while your account is active and afterwards as long as accounting and tax rules require.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser details in server logs, used for security, limiting abuse and picking rupees or US dollars.
- Cookies: one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. Pages never load fonts, scripts or trackers from advertising or analytics companies; the only outside services are Google sign-in and, when you pay, Razorpay or PayPal. Your browser also stores your theme choice and your recent job list on that device. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. To count visitors we make an anonymous code from your IP address and browser that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you; it uses no cookie, and the IP address itself is not stored in that count.
- Accuracy: if the same single-cell correction (for example a common misspelling) is confirmed in several jobs from different accounts, we may remember that short correction. It is not linked to your name or your file.
6. Who helps us run the service
Hostinger (hosting and storage), Google (sign-in), Razorpay and PayPal (payments) and the AI model providers described above. We disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or to close your account, by emailing support@decodingpro.com from the address you signed in with. We aim to answer within 30 days. Some payment records must be kept by law. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
8. Children, security and changes
DecodingPro is not for anyone under 16. The site uses HTTPS and payments never touch our servers, but no system is perfectly secure. If we change this policy we will update the date above.
