Refunds, Cancellation and Delivery
Last updated 5 October 2026
The short version: try DecodingPro free first with 100 credits. Credit purchases are final once paid, but if a payment goes wrong or a job fails, we put it right.
1. Try before you buy
Every account starts with 100 free credits, no card needed. Use them to see how fast and accurate the work is. Because you can test first, credit packs are not refundable after purchase.
2. What we always cover
- Payment problems: if you are charged but your credits do not arrive, charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we add the credits or refund the extra charge.
- Failed jobs: if a job cannot be completed, the credits it used are returned automatically and your original file is never modified.
- Problems using your credits: if a result is wrong because of an error on our side, or you cannot use the credits you bought, we check it and put it right by re-running the job or restoring the credits. Please tell us within 30 days, while your result file is still available.
3. Delivery
Credits are digital. They are added to your account automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. If a confirmation is delayed, our system re-checks pending payments every minute, so you do not need to do anything. Nothing is shipped.
4. Cancellation
There is no subscription and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel. Each pack is a single payment, and unused credits never expire.
5. How to reach us
Email support@decodingpro.com from the address you signed in with, with the date and amount of the payment or the payment ID. We usually reply within two working days. When we refund a payment it goes back to the original payment method, and banks normally take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
6. Disputes
Please write to us first so we can fix the problem quickly. If a payment is refunded or disputed through the payment provider, the matching credits are removed from your balance.
